In my book "decency" is like the bottom rung of the ladder. Disappointing that so many Americans have fully embraced the indecent.

And it's refreshing to see it in action, especially the acknowledgement of it as a respected virtue between the very young and the very old.

5. Jost's linkage of Biden to his grandfather was brilliant.

On one hand, it acknowledges what we all know. Joe Biden is an older man. It also brings out the qualities that were the norm for folks of our generation....DECENCY!

While we had huge differences in our political views, none of us expected Bush, McCain, or Romney to act like the imbicilic bully that will lead the GOP ticket for the THIRD TIME!

I cry when I think thar SO MANY Americans are SO ANGRY that he has a possibility of returning to the White House.
