Which means it was intended as a political expense, and any false reporting of that expense could be fraudulent misrepresentation.

Wasn't Judge Marchan supposed to rule on if cheato violated the gag order today?

Possibly today, possibly later. Eventually he'll rule.

The prosecutors brought several more violations of the gag order to his attention this morning.

Pecker has been testifying for several hous now though and will be cross examined tomorrow.

Very damaging stuff about how the catch and kill scheme worked, brough up both mcDougal and Stormy Daniels.

Because only he knows when he will make his ruling. Thus far, he has given no indication of when he will do that, so why did you think he would do it today?
