A week or so ago when Trump's stock was really tanking Biden said if it kept going that way Trump would benefit more from Biden's tax plan than his own.

Going back to the White House Correspondents' Dinner in 2011.

The way to really get under his thin skin was to ridicule and laugh at him! At that dinner Obama had the audience LAUGHING at him. Video of him during that ridicule showed him seething!

If there is any one moment his HATE of Obama went into overdrive, it was at that dinner.

He really hates being the brunt of someone's ridicule, but what did he expect? He kept harping on Obama's birth certificate, claiming he wasn't born in the United States and implying he was some kind of Manchurian Candidate. It was nonstop daily for a long time. Did he really think there would never be any retaliation?

Because he tends to look like such a nice guy. It often catches you off guard. If the super nice, civil guy makes jokes at your expense, you must really be ridiculous.

Of course in this case, Biden is just using Trump's tactics against him, but he does it with actual humor. He's not being mean and spiteful.
