A New York appeals court judge has denied another sealed effort by Trump—the fourth in less than two weeks—to sabotage the timeline of his Manhattan trial. Justice Marsha Michael denied his request to stay the trial until his change of venue motion has been decided.

8. Given the antics we've seen so far...

..it might make sense for the governor to call up the NG and the mayor to lock down more of the area around the courthouse. All it takes is one McVeigh-style psycho with an IED and the whole venue change thing could get fresh legs.
