Rumors are circulating on Capitol Hill that the Freedom Caucus is preparing to launch a FART war. The far-right House Republican group Thursday appeared to be plotting a defensive tactic against moderate counterparts and has assembled to assist them in this effort a Floor Action Response Team, or as Politico's Congress reporter Olivia Beavers dubbed it in acronym, a FART.
"House Freedom Caucus members are signing up to take shifts to guard the House floor in order to prevent resolutions theyd consider unsavory from slipping through that could curb their power," Beavers reported on X. "This Floor Action Response Team ('FART') aims to guard against a voice vote or unanimous consent vote where action could be stealthily taken against them and their members."
Beavers received word from anonymous sources, as did Punchbowl News's Mica Soellner. "Freedom Caucus members plotting defensive tactic to man the House floor today to avoid any meddling by moderates," Soellner reported.
The unfortunate acronym was not lost upon social media users who reacted as social media users are apt to do. "Im sure the Floor Action Response Team will not be silent, but deadly," replied @Jp10E. Added @neodocjdg, "I knew something stunk with that House 'Freedom' Caucus."

Alliance/Reform Party they called it The Conservative Reform Alliance Party of Canada or CRAP. They quickly changed that the the Conservative Party of Canada CPC. I guess conservatives/republicans don't often step outside of themselves and see the world through the eyes of others......... lack of empathy.
Or the Canadian Reform Alliance Party. Something like that.
