A cringeworthy moment was captured at Caitlin Clark's first press conference with the Indiana Fever. Off camera, a reporter made Clarks signature heart-hands gesture. Start doing it to me and we'll get along just fine, says Indy Star reporter Gregg Doyel. Although the audience awkwardly laughed, Clark had a bewildered expression on her face. Now, Doyel is apologizing, calling his comments clumsy and awkward.

(13,539 posts)Caitlin could not say something like I dont know what you are, but are you masquerading as a sports journalist? Of course she would not do that, but she is an intelligent young woman.
