No, this isn't April Fool's. Because of DU rules (and righteously so), I can't link to the piece, but it's really there. I have never seen anyone on Fox take down any Republican like this piece by Liz Peek (who? just another no name conservative) does with MarjorieTaylor Greene. It uses phrases (and seriously) saying she's a drama queen and she uses "bombastic self-serving showmanship and drama." Which we all know is very true. Of course, given that it's Fox, the piece has sharp digs at Democrats, too. But still, for Fox to go after Greene like this is quite a surprise. And a nice one at that. Maybe a few people down in Georgia are listening when it comes to her next election.

That eMpTy Greene is destructive is not a "right-wing talking point", it is a left-wing talking point and it can be argued that it is a centrist American talking point too. Mind you, the piece is chock full of nasty nonsense about Biden. But we can celebrate Republicons in Disarray. Beyond that, it is useful to Democrats to know the opposition's weak points and what specifically is the weakness. The piece details how the Republicants are weak.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene needs to be clear about what's really at stake in 2024

The Georgia Republican, who famously displayed sexually explicit photos of Hunter Biden during a committee hearing and called fellow Rep. Lauren Boebert a bitch on the House floor, is known for wild antics and equally harebrained conspiracy theories.
Currently, she is threatening to oust Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson. The Louisiana representative, with a five-vote majority in the House, is attempting to keep his caucus intact as he navigates treacherous issues including funding Ukraine, which has become unpopular with some conservatives, and reauthorizing the controversial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. He also struggled to pass a funding bill, which required relying on Democrats to get another big spending package over the threshold.

The ouster of the popular McCarthy also torched the publics view of the GOP. In May 2023, registered voters were evenly split between approving and disapproving of the Republican Party. Today, there is a 25-point gap, with 61% disapproval and 36% approving. That will not help win elections.
The internal squabbles of the party need to stop. If Marjorie Taylor Greene and others want to oppose aid to Ukraine or the FISA bill, they can vote against it. Thats how democracy works.
