Now I think I get it.... re: RFK Jr.

For a while now I've been saying and thinking that there is something beneath the surface going on here that is not fully understood or being discussed. Even for Refucklicans, some are saying such outrageous and stupid things, it just makes you question their sanity or suspect there is something else going on we don't understand.

There's obviously something going on with Putin having direct influence on a significant part of the Refucklican party. But I think there's more than that. Plus, there has to be a mechanism by which Putin has control over these people.

When I saw RFK Jr's comments about Biden being a bigger threat to democracy than Trump, this was one of those moments for me. I thought to myself, this is not just someone running for president. this is not explained by normal facts we have seen in the press. There has to be something going on here.

One of my theories has been, one of the missing pieces of the puzzle, the explanation of why these people are saying and doing such absurd things is ..... yep you guessed it, sexual scandal. It starts with TFG and the pee-pee tapes, which would explain why he kisses Putins ass at every opportunity. But take it a step further.

The basic idea is, you get sucked in to some kind of sexual experience and someone knows about it. Then you are blackmailed to say and do whatever they demand, to keep this secret out of the public. You'll do ANYTHING to keep it from the public.

Ever see the movie The Firm? In it there is a law firm, and everyone who works there, as part of their hiring process, they get invited to a trip at a resort in the Caribbean. They get real drunk one night and they throw a hooker into the hotel room with them and flash a few pictures without their knowing. Then forever, they are forced to follow the (corrupt) directions of the firm or otherwise risk having their family, friends, and public know what they did, which would pretty much ruin their lives.

When I read RFK Jr's comments I thought, this is just too weird. So I googled "RFK Jr Jeffrey Epstein" just to see if anything came up. I found out that yes indeed he was forced to admit that he flew on his plane and spent some time with him. And he had no reasonable explanation for this.

Matt Gaetz, Jeffrey Epstein, ... i think we could be just scratching the surface.

My theory is not scientific and I do not claim to know what's going on. But I will say that I have a reasonable suspicion that there is a bigger sexual scandal going on under the surface than is being discussed. and if my theory is correct, the people who are saying and doing the most outrageous things are the most suspect. I would include MTG and Boebert on the list there.

I have wondered and suspected this for a while but the RFK revelation really makes me wonder a lot more.

You know that concept that people who do bad things often accuse others of doing those exact things, as a way to cover their own ass? Now think back to "pizzagate" and how the rightwingers are always saying the Democrats have a vast conspiracy involving sex trafficking and exploitation of children for sexual purposes? Well there you go.

It's pretty simple. You did something bad and someone knows about it. That person is blackmailing you to say and do outrageous things and no matter how outrageous they are, you continue to do it because the alternative is worse.

Just a theory. Any others who have been thinking along these lines?

really hateful and mean folks running around out there - than any of us really wanted to recognize. There's a certain kind of person that kinda' digs bullies and dictators (and conflict?). Once you've opened yourself to acknowledging this fact ... A lot of other things start becoming clearer ...

has been vastly oversold as well. While it could be a good explanation for individual cases (and Trump might be a great candidate) - to imagine it covering the land and extending to every MAGA mouth-breather and school board nutjob - in my opinion at least truly stretches credulity. I think the rot at the base of the Republican party - is 98% homegrown. And the 'man behind the curtain' theme - while forever one of our favorite myths - remains in large part just that.

I once knew a man who had been an oil industry executive in Texas. One of the stories he told was that there were executive-level parties where there was a prostitute for every man. What a golden opportunity to gather blackmail material! I hadn't thought of that possibility until I read your post.

But they also record the names of women — with numbers from 1?to 10 next to each entry.

The codes corresponded to sexual acts, with 10 meaning intercourse, Mary told a confidant. There are 37 women named in the ledger, 16 of whom get 10s.

On Nov. 13, 2001, RFK Jr. records a triple play. The separate encounters — coded 10, 3 and 2 — occur the same day he attended a black-tie fund-raiser

Here's a Google search for RFK jr diary.

brothels, or some such, most people simply would not care. If it is about relations, as long as they are with consenting adults, I do not care (unless they are hawking the "family values" crapola). Is he a major swindler? A mass murderer? Another kind of nutbar? Some hint would have surfaced by now.

Everything they say is an accusation that projects their own fears, weaknesses and failures -- onto others. Run a regression test!

A TSF Moscow sex scandal is both plausible and also unlikely, because Shitler is the poster boy for cheap sex thrills. He doesn't or can't deny them.

It has to be deeper. Given the Bible Blather he spouts endlessly, it would have to be something sacrilegious (there) in my estimation.

Recall our "Founding Father" Ben Franklin is said to have frequented a Hellfire-like club while in England.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hellfire_Club

Perhaps something like a "Black Mass"

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Mass

Sex is the lure.

Recall the secret rites of the rich and famous in "Eyes Wide Shut". Kubrick's last film. Orgies looking like religious ceremonies.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eyes_Wide_Shut

Disclaimer: pure speculation based on TSF's regard of sex as cheap and religion as valuable (as a weapon). He's selling bibles. And how does someone have promiscuous sex (unprotected, presumably ) without you know what.

What's he most adamant about? What would be the most damaging to him?

In the movie, a doctor does a cover-up.

/speculation

It would take a world-class liar to hoodwink so many. But then ... that's his entire life story.

a Brit, and a Frenchman, all high-ramking in their fields, are all caught in a ruzzian "honeypot". When confronted with the evidence, the American and the Brit are horrified, embarrassed, and appalled, and agree to do whatever their ruzzian contact wants. When the Frenchman is confronted, he is also horrified, embarrassed, and appalled. "You cannot show these pictures to my wife, they are terrible. She will never believe it is me. You must take them again, be sure to get my good side." The ruzzian agent left in defeat.

Being the twisted, perverse soul that I am, with my background, this VERY old (older than I am!!!) joke has always cracked me up. The person who told me this joke also said that only cranky old guys should be stationed at certain posts, because nobody would care (or might actually applaud), if they were caught in "compromising" situations.

He grew up in a hazy world of conspiracy theories around his uncle and father's deaths and I think he is peculiarly susceptible to them. He is also obsessive. I have no idea if he was right or wrong about Michael Skakel - it's a strange case where it's possible that the police didn't explore all avenues - but RFK, Jr. was hung up on that case and the ensuing feud with Dominick Dunne for decades. He doesn't believe that Sirhan Sirhan was solely responsible for RFK's assassination despite a confession.

I do believe that he was permanently scarred by the atmosphere of assassination and cult conspiracy theories he grew up with. IMO, he's not entirely in touch with reality.

I think that at his age, he is just looking for a combination of attention and relevance. With a distinguished ancestry like he has, and a lack of follow-through by his generation, he is looking to make a name for himself, and is slowly realizing that he has nothing that justifies it. He should have stayed a professor of environmental law at Pace University, where he was admired and appreciated. After all, that's all I think he's looking for now, albeit on a grander scale.

have epsteins black book and likely the evidence he had to back up his claims. Stuff like that doesn't just conveniently vanish.

My moment for this realization was when graham went from his "if we nominate djt we will be destroyed, and we will deserve it" quote (which was spot on honest and forthright and predictive, by the way) into the rah, rah, tfg sycophant that he's become. I think epstein must have had some very, very, revealing film of lindsey.

Gaslight the series about Martha Mitchell has an episode where John Dean is invited to a get together party. Once at the party John was confronted by sexual acts being committed right in front of him.

And then we have Ex-congressman Madison Cawthrown that exposed the secret and he lost his reelection bid.
