It's Daylight Saving Time! I love this time of the season. Yeah, we lose an hour but to me this signifies the first important step to ending Winter, and that Spring is around the corner.
Love it getting dark later, even if it takes a few days to get used to!

Possibly one other state here too.

In the North sunrise can be at 4 AM in June on standard time.

I'm sure their location had a lot to do with the decision. The negatives outweighed the positives.
