Authorities in Palm Beach County, Florida, responded to Donald Trump Jr.s home Monday after he was sent an envelope containing a death threat and white powder.
The response by Palm Beach County Fire Rescue was first reported by The Daily Beast. A spokesperson for the former president's son confirmed the incident to NBC News.
The spokesperson said that test results to identify the white substance were inconclusive but that officials on the scene did not believe it was deadly.

(116,416 posts)Multiple hazmat people? For a F'n envelope that conveniently sprayed all over when opened (how was it opened, anyway, in order to do that???).
Coke jr probably set this up himself to whine. Guess he did not get enough publicity and sympathy the first time he did it.

(2,539 posts)The Republicans set up false flags to play victims and so they can claim , the old ridiculous both sides mantra.
When I was back in grade school, a friend of mine had a little practical joke thing. It was an envelope regular mail envelope. On the outside, it was labeled "Rattlesnake Eggs". So, my friend brought it to school and by recess time, we all knew about it. Wanted to see them. Dang near wet ourselves when opening the envelope resulted in a rattling sound! Dropped it and ran, mostly.
Inside, between some index cards, was a rubber band thing with a spinner. Wind it up, squish it between the cards and tuck all that info the envelope with the scary writing.
Anyway, the story didn't mention a sound, but I bet a little corn starch or something added to the envelope would result in a bit of cloud.
