Could a lawyer representing US taxpayers claw back subsidies from companies that have given to trump after 1/6?

For aiding and giving comfort to an insurrectionist.

Claw back any and all US taxpayer economic incentives, credits and loan subsidies, then remove them from any ability to take money from the Country.

They are essentially using those economic tools to aid and insurrectionist working to dismantle our Democracy.

To my knowledge, there's nothing in the insurrection statutes that discusses forfeiture of property, etc., though I'm not an expert.

Intent may also come into play. If one must prove that the intent of the incentives were to support the insurrection, that's unlikely to apply to the items you mentioned.

After we all saw what he did, and did not do that day. He's had a lot of financial support, and that would be giving aid and comfort to an insurrectionist?
