Does Donald Trump have dementia?

If so, it can accelerate very rapidly.

Six weeks can seem like six months. The deterioration happens more quickly than most people realize. I am speaking from personal experience.

His supporters need to realize the direction he is going.

He didn’t just start stumbling over words, slurring words, making up words, ranting, and talking at a 3rd grade level. That's Trump from 1980s to present. I can’t tell the difference. He's dumb, lazy and repetitive. And always has been.

Only a doctor examination could tell, but he sees quacks so no chance we ever know until it's too late.

There are several residents who I have gotten to know over the 18 months. I have noticed deterioration in them. They tend to repeat the same thing over and over again because that is all that they can remember. Their physical appearance is changing as well, hygiene habits too.

The Dipshit is showing visible signs of dementia, possible drug use as well. Couldn't happen to a nicer Dipshit.

The drugs are overcompensating for mental decline. It's possible that he's going full-bore with stimulants like Adderall, and it's affecting his mental processing when on stage. But without the stimulants, he'd be shoeless with coffee stains on his shirt.

Such anger is a tell. There is going to be a triggering event. They can be benign, running away, driving hundreds of miles away. It's like they break contact with reality and the limits on their reality. By that measure, Trump is just about there. But they can also become violent, abruptly. Smashing furniture, slashing things. Hide the scissors, lock up the knives, no glassware. That's the advice at that point.

She is looking for a health event, and going down the dementia drain is one of the possibilities.
She is looking for a court event, 14th adm, convictions etc.

If she is still running, and the only one, she maybe can grab the delegates. Although many MAGAs will vote for him even if he were dead.

More haphazard in his monologues, I wouldn't call them speeches. His ramblings have gotten more frequent. His word salads have less coherence then they use to. That upturned nose and droopy scowl has become his look where before he use to smile more often.

The fact that he couldn't stop humiliating E J Carroll in public even after being fined $5 million says a lot. Trump loves money, he's all greed. Giving it away really is something he loathes. So, I believe he's going to slip and attack her again. I bet his kids are monitoring his tweets and teleprompter to keep him from giving away more of their inheritance.

His hair has gotten whiter and more wispy. He uses more and darker make up. He's gotten saggy.

Maybe he's lost some weight or is on a medication to take the weight off. I doubt rich people exercise or diet to lose weight anymore. They can just get a medicine that will drop 60 pounds off their corpulent bodies in less than 6 months.

34. Narcissism and dementia combined
Wed Jan 31, 2024, 12:42 PM
Jan 2024

might be different than the normal person with dementia.

https://psychcentral.com/pro/exhausted-woman/2017/01/the-aging-narcissist-adding-dementia-to-the-mix#2

Despite what a narcissist will pontificate, even they are subject to the effects of getting older. Becoming elderly is a normal part of the developmental stage of life for most people, but not for the narcissistic. They view aging as an ultimate evil. Some will engage in ridiculous plastic surgery in an effort to look as young as they feel. Others will begin a new career while their peers are retiring. And still, others will take on far younger partners.

But what the narcissist can't do is dodge the effects of dementia. As a progressive indiscriminate disorder which sometimes transforms into Alzheimer’s or other disorders, dementia affects every area of the brain in random order. What seemed natural and habitual now becomes foreign and difficult. Memory becomes scattered and unreliable. Familiar people become strangers or even enemies that are out to get them.

For the narcissist, this is completely unacceptable. Most narcissists rely heavily on their cognitive abilities as a way of constantly demonstrating superiority over others in performance, influence, power, beauty, or money. Any sign that is is deteriorating or diminishing is out of the question, something that cannot and will not be tolerated. This is when the narcissist is most at risk for suicidal behavior.

There's more, including a good breakdown of phases in the article.

While I doubt trump is inclined toward suicide, I do think a demented narcissist will not have a good end-of-life experience.

but he's losing any semblance of composure in the courtrooms. Huffing and puffing at a judge suggests he's incapable of exerting self-control even when it's for self-preservation. The more he's penalized, the worse he becomes. Stress and drugs and being held accountable may well push him into lala-land.

Wed Jan 31, 2024, 03:00 PM
Jan 2024

Especially with speech and word finding. Problem is the right wing media has been effective at convincing many Americans that Biden's cognitive issues are even worse.

If what they say about Biden was true his cabinet would have invoked the 25th amendment years ago. The reality is there's no evidence he's unable to do his job as President and fulfill his responsibilities.

Biden does move slower due to age and has never been the strongest communicator. While Trump compensates for his mental impairment and poor physical health with his manic, loud speeches where he's waving his arms wildly. People mistake that for stamina and strength.

Because the major networks aren't covering Trump's deranged rally speeches and Truth Social posts the majority of Americans have no clue how much he's deteriorated since 2016. Meanwhile every Biden gaffe or stumble gets wall to wall coverage.

Unfortunately it's very difficult for Democrats to break through all the right wing propaganda and show Trump unfiltered. The Biden campaign is definitely trying.
