By permitting Donald Trump to delay his criminal trials until after the election, is the US Justice System going to let the voters decide the guilt or innocence of Donald Trump and the 91 charges against him?
Are they going to wash their hands of the political mess that we are now in?
Is that the direction we are headed?
Does it seem that the judicial system is moving purposely slow?
Many think Trump will be the Republican nominee and there has been not one criminal trial that has started.
It will be up to our Courts as to whether or not Trump is tried for any of his crimes before election day.

(5,210 posts)even with all the flaws that has brought us to this moment in time, we can analyze all the flaws in our fragile democracy.
And it is a web of fragility; and not enough was written in the constitution and amendments to prevent this moment
just so many factors come into play which threaten the dismantling of our existing system by a madman.
and so many whys and why nots to debate ......none of it matters with the various potential outcomes because we do not know.
so fragile.
Thank the powers that be that Joe is the man of the hour; Godspeed to Joe and Kamala.
