4. LATER, LOTS of caucus sites, they first hear speeches,

and only after that they vote. As the votes are paper, don't know how long 'tabulation' will take.

I assume some time tomorrow for all of the sites' tabulations to be combined.

5. First they have to elect

a secretary and then a caucus chair and do some more administrative caucus horseshit. So results of the voting won't be available for awhile, I expect.

8. CNN is already saying Trump has surged to an early lead.

Maybe some little towns that have very few voters have already finished their process and are reporting....

UPDATE: I just checked their website again, and their reporting is based on entrance polling....
