(52,352 posts)Generally, anyone may become aware of an ethical concern about any federal employee, and legitimate concerns should be investigated and properly dealt with. If I see my postal worker reading my neighbor's mail I should say something about it, or if I overhear a federal employee at a party talking about lavish gifts they received.
In this case, as usual, trumpies are abusing the system for partisan and personal advantage.

(2,343 posts)can file such a complaint in NYS. The NYS Commission on Judicial Conduct will not take this any more serious than if any other maga member filed it. The Commission is run by serious people with solid legal minds. (I have had three Justices of the Peace removed from office by them.) The congresswoman is merely seeking attention for her re-election campaign.

Nothing there saying you have to have a special status or connection to a NY judge to officially complain about them.
