Got that wrong. Here it says,
"File a complaint with the Federal Trade commission

This important because I believe Biden's approval has gone down because they have been successful in making him look like he can't handle being president. It is just like they did with Hillary and the emails. They kept her under "investigation" for so long republicans, at least came to believe that she broke the law. This shit is what they do and we had better put an end to it.
EDIT - I have checked and it looks like they only deal with personal issues like being abused by telemarketers. If someone can find the proper source please do

Stop up the sickening cessflow of GOP lies, and their Russian echo-bot comrades/

(11,767 posts)All the bullshit that Fox News does, the lies, the deceitful editing, is protected speech, especially when done to a public official like the President. Fox got sued and lost to Dominion because it is a private company and they were able to show (or would have) that Fox lied intentionally, with malice, and that the lies caused damages to the company.
The irony of this situation is the Conservative idiot and crook, Clarence Thomas, has been making noise about weakening some of those protections in the First Amendment. He is doing it strictly for self serving interests. He wants to be able to threaten lawsuits against people filing accurate news about his corruption, but the unintended consequence of his desire would be to destroy Conservative media, which relies on lies for its business model. Of course, I am sure they would try to find a way to insulate Conservative media, but while mainstream media sometimes gets it wrong and sometimes overzealously jumps the gun, as I said, Conservative media relies on lies and misinformation to push its agenda.

(11,767 posts)We need to pressure our legislators to do several things.
1. Money out of campaigning. We need to push for legislation limiting money in politics.
2. Challenging the idea that lying is acceptable in the press.
3. Using the existing system, threaten economic action against sponsors of networks that lie.
Tactics such as the above would be more effective than complaining to the FCC. The FCC also does not regulate cable news except for profanity, nudity, etc.. during daytime hours.

(4,741 posts)It does no good to complain to the FCC about something said on a cable show.
Unbloodybelievable that, after the thousands of times this has been explained here, people still think the FCC gives a bloody toss about anything that happens on a cable station that isn't pornographic.
They don't! They never have! Even when there was a fairness doctrine, they didn't care what happened on cable outside of porn.
So stop thinking they care one bloody tit about this type of outrage du jour.
Because they don't--and never have.

(43,959 posts)And the FCC doesnt license cable networks or regulate their content so a complaint would be a complete waste of time

I didn't watch the entire video, just the first part where McEnany expressed her opinion that Biden looked tired.

(7,192 posts)Truth is she transferred to Harvard in year 3 of law school - went elsewhere in Florida for first 2 years. First two years are the hardest and most formative. The third year is full of electives and internships or similar projects. Kaleigh used to talk about being a Harvard law grad when she was on CNN.
A limited number of students transfer in year 3 (typically because of personal reasons) - and generally get their degree from the school they transferred from not the law school they transferred to). The reason is they are allowed to complete degree requirements at the new school but since the core of their work was done at the old school - the degree comes from the old school. In particularly to go from a school in Florida to Harvard - very unusual for Harvard to agree that the degree would come from HLS.
Anyway, Kaleigh does not frequently tout her HLS credentials anymore, now that she is on Fox. Today I thought - Kenneth Chesebro and Kaleigh both wasted time and money on a HLS degree that they tossed out the window.
