Chances are you'll find that a minority opinion - and ready yourself for some pushback.
(was it a 'stunt'? clearly. other hand - wasn't it just a week ago that people were defending a certain member for wearing board shorts and a hoodie .. )

(39,243 posts)In the eye of the beholder, that is. Business suits have NEVER impressed me as anything remotely decent or respectful. They can go the way of the powdered wig, as far as I'm concerned.

(11,928 posts)not that I'm such a big fan of 'suits' (either the people or the apparel)
But it's also hard to perceive board shorts as anything other that a middle finger aimed at convention (and by extension fellow members?). And, by most lights - that would fall under the heading of disrespect.
The clown in the OP is certainly a clown ... Whether he is any bigger clown with this apparel ...
