Again, its maths: 212 Democrats (minus a couple that might still be unavailable ) will vote against him if he's nominated. There are 221 Repubs (again minus a couple that might be unavailable ). The idea that there aren't a significant number (probably a majority ) of repubs that aren't going to vote for Trump as speaker is ludicrous. Getting the half dozen or so that would join with the Democrats to defeat Trump is a no-brainer.
