Now I understand

Why European leaders finally had Napoleon exiled to St Helena Island after he managed to escape Elba. We will have a Doctoral degree in Authoritarian Mind Control from Trump University by the time this is over.

“ Napoleon had been exiled to St. Helena after he was defeated by the British at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Having escaped his previous exile from Elba, off the coast of Italy, the French emperor was a flight risk to his fellow European rulers who wanted rid of him. Enter St. Helena – a British colony 5,000 miles and a 10-week boat ride away from Europe.”

That sounds like the sort of “justice” Trump dreams about. Thanks goodness we have serious individuals pursuing justice like Garland, Smith, and Willis.

But his damage to this country has been far worse than anyone still left in custody there.

By the time all the legal actions are over, Trump will be so muddled that if he was told Mar-a-Lago was confiscated but there is an alternative southern White House he can live in, rent free, it's possible he will like the idea.

Just do up a few cells for him. Paint a toilet gold for him, maybe.

Fox news on 24/7, hamburgers and diet coke on demand, and he will be a happy chappy!

Phone line going to recorded messages of great importance from dozens of his followers would help.

(Am I dreaming? Time will tell.)

but at the very least preventing him from doing interviews, rallies, and accessing social media would be a huge improvement.
