tRump Ignores Warning by Federal Judge Tanya Chutkan: Trump is back to making deranged posts on so

During a hearing on Friday, Washington DC federal judge Tanya Chutkan warned Donald Trump’s lawyers about his behavior on the internet and stated she would treat him no different than any criminal defendant before her court.

Judge Chutkan stated that even ‘ambiguous’ statements that could be perceived as threatening would not be tolerated in her court. Judge Chutkan also stated that she would be more inclined to set an early trial date — like the one requested by Special Counsel Jack Smith for January 2, 2024 — if Trump continued his conduct aimed at prejudicing the potential jury pool.

For a brief 12 hours after the hearing, Donald Trump went relatively silent on his social media, except for mocking Ron DeSantis a few times.

However, Trump couldn’t even make it 24 hours without ignoring Judge Chutkan’s warnings.

First, late on Friday, Trump made a post about David Weiss, the Republican United States Attorney he appointed who was given a ‘Special Counsel’ designation by Attorney General Merrick Garland after requesting it for the first time in the Hunter Biden case. Trump’s post blamed the Democrats for his own appointment of Weiss and then attacked Weiss.

Trump will continue making direct threats and ambiguous statements with implied threats that Judge Chutkan warned against. Trump continues to feel he is above the law. He isn’t.

As Judge Chutkan made clear, to her, he is simply ‘criminal defendant Donald Trump’ and any behavior undermining the judicial process will be dealt with immediately.

Traitorous Trump will soon find this out the hard way.

She was very harsh on the J6 rioters. Her sentences were in general the highest ones issued, sometimes higher than what the prosecution recommended.

Her statements have been no nonsense also ie “America does not have a king”.

She asked for input from Trump’s lawyers on when they could participate in a meeting with the prosecution in the near future. Prosecution said anytime. Defense hemmed and hawed, complaining about how busy they were, and it might be several days before they could even give a tentative answer. You could almost hear her eyes rolling when she’s set the meeting for a couple of days in the future.

She don’t play.

Now that being said, I admit to being ignorant on “real world” judicial workings. I think she’d love to put Dolt 45 overnight in a cell, but what I don’t know is what factors, official and unofficial constrain her. Can she be coerced by those above her? Coerced by outside forces?

Maybe, maybe not…

Perhaps she’s perfectly happy in her position right now, so threats to her career advancement have no hold. Maybe she’d be happy to retire to spend time with family, so threatening her job would have no effect.

Maybe she’s just full of piss, vinegar, and IDGAF, and is eager to be the person to show that 350 pound bag of cellulite that there are some things that money, power, and privilege can’t buy. Or that some people just can’t be intimidated.

That’s the fantasy in my head at least. ::sigh::

That being said, if she treated him like an ordinary citizen who ignored her instructions, could a higher court repeal her punishment? Can someone else be assigned to preside the trial? I honestly don’t know; I’m just a caveman. I fell on some ice and was later thawed by some of your scientists. Your world frightens and confuses me!

And insomnia sucks. Sorry for the wall of text.

Setting the meeting for Friday was a tell. She gave team Trump a chance to play, then slapped them for their bad faith. They can't really complain about it because the prosecution was ready any time and the defense attorneys had plenty of time to show up on the Sunday talking head shows. I think we are a couple of steps from no internet, and the next steps after that will be ankle bracelet and jail. Each step will be extremely reasonable so that nobody has any basis for complaint that she is biased against TFG but each will also be a clear signal that she is ready to go to the next if necessary. And unless his own people lock him in a room with no computer or phone, we all know what will eventually have to be done.

to the case he is in front of Judge Chutkan for. As long as he can find a loophole to crawl through he'll keep opening his big mouth. I would imagine every Judge in every trial he's involved in will have to tell him to STFU.

But trump will nibble around the edges to see how far he can go. When he does I hope she can order him and his lawyers to DC for an emergency hearing. Regardless of whether she jails him or not, it'll shake him up. I'm not a lawyer so I don't know if that's possible.

It is time to end this non stop Trump Shit Show.

In just 3 to 5 days with no spray on tanner, hair styling, lifts in his shoes, shoulder pads, adult diapers,
and having to follow the do what the correction officers tell him to do will be the end of him. Especially
if they get some pictures of "the real Donald Trump" leaving custody looking old, bald, pale, and stoop
shouldered and the world gets to see those images.

A post about Weiss doesn’t violate the Judge’s order. Case closed, she won’t act to demonstrate judicial restraint—adherence to the legal status that the cases are unrelated.

But let Trump step on the third rail—mentioning Chutkan or witnesses in her case—

He will fry quicker than we can pop the popcorn to enjoy it. 😅

Not unless he physically threatens somebody. Then, maybe. But, contaminating the jury pool might interest her. Makes her job harder.

He's going to start speaking in code next. Then claim she's wrong about his intent. She's not stupid. But, he has enough to hang his hat on. The best chance he had to see the inside of the jail was the "Come after me, I'll come after you" quote. But, as she said, there was no motion in front of her for that. She did have it included in the protection briefs, so she is aware of it.

This is a Fox News level of "getting you to tune in by telling you what you want to hear" piece of clickbait.
