and grudge-keeping of a 9yo.

I looked it up - at the time of his mom's hospitalization and hysterectomy, he was just about 2 1/4 and she had several repeat hospitalizations for a while because of subsequent infections.

He was a mean child and it doesn't seem like anyone really cared about him so the take-away lesson from that seems to have been "It's a waste of time to care about anyone else because they don't care about you."

Sat Aug 5, 2023, 06:19 PM
Aug 2023

My ex had an evil stepsister with one evil little brat. I would see him plotting to do evil crap at 2 y/o. He would watch my son playing with a toy that I guess he decided that he wanted. If my son would say, "it's my turn, okay?" the monster would start "fiddling" with a bigger toy, one that would hurt if used as a weapon. And then he would sneak over with that bigger toy and try to hit my son with it. Luckily, I was on the lookout to intervene, but once I couldn't get there in time. My son had to go to the ER for a head injury that was bleeding. He needed stitches from that little monster's blow to the head.

So don't think that two year olds aren't capable of being evil little monsters.

Because they can.

Davis received extra special treatment …

Trial Within a Trial

When the trial was moved to Amarillo, Tarrant County Sheriff Lon Evans called his Potter County counterpart to put in a good word for his friend Cullen Davis.

I was permitted outside my cell every day, Cullen recalled years later. He also enjoyed a freedom seldom seen for defendants who faced a possible death penalty. He was taken once for cocktails at the home of a defense lawyer after a visit to a local chiropractor.

Another time, left alone in an office near the radio room outside the lock-up area, Cullen even answered the phone when the deputies were away.

Meanwhile, the waitress at the Executive Inn, where the jurors were sequestered, kept the defense team well informed about the conversations of the jurors, who werent supposed to be talking about the case at all, let alone to an outsider.

She was constantly telling me we didnt have anything to worry about, Hudson said. She told me day after day they were all on our side.

I imagine TFG thinks he will get similar perks

Priscilla died of breast cancer in 2001. Her two remaining children are also gone. Jack was found dead on a park bench in 2009. Dee died in a car crash in 2020.

I don't believe in hell but if there is one, Racehorse Haynes will be waiting for Cullen when the devil calls him home.

When I saw Bubba he told me “Cullen shot me”. (He had known him for several years and been at the Davis mansion many times. His girlfriend was Pricilla’s daughter’s best friend.
He had no reason to lie. )
Pricilla Davis was a nasty bitch to all the nurses and Drs. I’ll never forget that she would smoke in her room and throw the butts on the floor for the nurses to put out and throw away.
She was what we used to call a real piece of work.

A number of the J6 team got their wings clipped with prison terms, house arrests and fines. So they might think twice before staging a repeat performance. They found out the hard way that TFG had no special legal defense accounts set up for them. Going forward, every time one of them gets pulled over by the police (Con-Air birds can't fly) their Federal rap sheet will light up like a Christmas tree.

https://www.politico.com/news/2023/05/30/january-6-arrest-sentencing-00099158

"After more than two years since the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, the sentences are piling up — and last week saw the longest prison sentence yet.

More than 1,033 of the rioters have been arrested, with approximately 485 federal defendants receiving sentences. About 277 defendants have been sentenced to time behind bars, and roughly 113 defendants have been sentenced to a period of home detention."

He has broken the terms of his pretrial release. It took him less than 24 hours.

The unfortunate fact that he has a realistic chance of returning to the white house (at least according to him and some early polls), means that his threats of promised retribution ARE credible. If elected, he will have the means to unleash the power of the government on law enforcement, prosecuters, judges, and jurors.

When it comes to acts of grievance, we have all learned that he means what he says. He WILL Punish his opponents if given the means and opportunity.

His threats are real. He has, in a meaningful way broken his release terms. As always, he refuses to comply with any boundaries. It is his brand.

Judge Tanya Chutkan must haul him into court and revoke his release. He needs to be held accountable for his stochastic terrorism.

He reported it to the court - at the time the strategy being trying to taint a GJ or trial juror, , I kinda forget, and the prosecutor said YUP, you got the message, all rightee, and the media went wild for a day and a half...then crickets, but I guess that didn't work out so well...Seriously, this guy is dangerous and should be locked up...he's not in control of his actions or the lies that spew forth from that vengeful mouth.

Did the defendant just need to blow off steam, or was he directly challenging your order? An order that he said in open court he understood.

Let him off the hook? You know where that's going to lead if you've been awake for the past eight years.

The Little Bunny Foo-Foo admonishment? You'll have to face his contumacious behavior sooner or later, because it won't stop. Are you willing to turn him into a goon, at last? He'll complain about how he got away with it two or three or four times, and now the judge is all prejudiced against him because he couldn't/wouldn't stop and he was warned only a few times and you're the meanest mommy ever and I hate you.

OR . . .

You show him in no uncertain terms that the court's orders are to be obeyed. Arrest, booking, and a night in jail. Bring him in the next morning, go over the order again, and ask him if he understands the court's order now, or does he need another night in the jug to think it over. When he says he's got it, let him go with one last admonishment that the next time will mean a minimum of three or five nights in jail.

All of his life, he's been a little boy, wanting someone to care enough to say, "NO!" and mean it. All children need this. Sending your child to military school is not a substitute- it says, "let someone else do it." He's gotten really good at mocking everything it means to be responsible adult while destroying the work of responsible adults for spite.

What a tragedy that parenting Donald became the role of a whole nation. He is begging to be stopped. At this point, it's not a matter of caring enough about him, it's caring enough about our country.

The only one who can finally do this is the one who has the power to do so. Please, do it Judge.

for him. Some have to consider if federal detention could further his goals, such as an increase in societal chaos that could combine with other effects for use in another coup attempt. At very least provide him the gratification of violence and deaths at his direction. There are no doubt other effects to consider as well.

At this point the DoJ seems to have responded by requesting what's quickly becoming a routine protective order against tRump releasing discovery information that he could use to sic his mobs on witnesses and others.

A protective order was also issued in Trump's criminal hush-money case in New York, where prosecutors asked a judge to ensure that discovery materials in that case be used by defense only for trial, and referred to the former president's "longstanding and perhaps singular history of attacking witnesses."

And everyone else, but at least it comes with the job judges and prosecutors who go after powerful crime figures signed up for, and they get special protection.

He's scared and backed into a corner.

Remember when he was first elected and we questioned whether he'd leave quietly? The bumpy road continues.
