ugh... very different lessons for the genders. I can see Dennis Prager spouting this crap. how was this stuff vetted? this isn't too much different from the 1950s/1960s instructional films kids were shown when I was in elementary/Jr high in the 1970s.
basically... women - be agreeable, dress modestly and nicely, don't be too independent. men - be independent, think for yourself

smile, be positive, don't be mean, don't express opposing view points strongly

dont expose parts of your body that invite the wrong kind of attention
handle confrontation with grace
stay classy and graceful
dont be afraid to allow men to help you
