Heard of the "Second Amendment Foundation"?

Traveling through Ohio, on MSNBC, I just saw an advertisement from this Second Amendment Foundation stating that Joe Biden was coming to take away your guns! Then shown a doctored video making it appear that he was making an announcement that he was even going after 9mm and other small arms.
Of course it was a "send us money" advert but, this is what is being promulgated in some states.

1. They are arguably a more effective group then the NRA

And more dangerous, at least in the legal sense. Them along with the Firearms Policy Coalition have been filing lawsuits all over the country challenging gun laws. They specifically look for test cases, file in friendly courts, and then once they get a ruling they like at the CoA level, they will file an identical suit in a different circuit in order to get a circuit split in an attempt to get SCOTUS to take it up to resolve the split.

2. Don't know everything that the President intends.

But most small arms are semi-automatic, and a lot of folk who want to heavily regulate gun ownership have made a point about having semi-automatics in their cross-hairs.
