This former Trump lawyer Tim Parlatore comes across as a real

dick on MSNBC. He alleges prosecutorial misconduct and says he witnessed it. He's also bitching at the anchors for "interrupting" him but later said there appeared to be an audio delay. He was questioned by Tur and Mitchell and by Andrew Weissman (thank you for that info, Marius25). They all seemed skeptical.

I believe defense attorneys are not allowed in the grand jury court room. Correct me if I am wrong.

They asked him that and he said they wanted a custodian of records to appear, and they made the tactical decision that he would go into the grand jury to discuss the searches that his team undertook at the other Trump properties.

still on some sort of payroll.

He should not be on tv at all. Statements that cannot be proven. Throwing shade all over Prosecutors. His statements send tons of flags up for me.

But he is trying. Also felt that if he was there as a witness or something then yes the prosecutors would be quiet when he enter the room.

Why wouldn't they be deleted? The actual emails were hard-copied by her office and stored.

Misconduct” my ass. Is he arguing client/attorney privilege as the misconduct?

That goes out the door when the defendant asks the attorney to commit a crime
