dick on MSNBC. He alleges prosecutorial misconduct and says he witnessed it. He's also bitching at the anchors for "interrupting" him but later said there appeared to be an audio delay. He was questioned by Tur and Mitchell and by Andrew Weissman (thank you for that info, Marius25). They all seemed skeptical.

(8,403 posts)They asked him that and he said they wanted a custodian of records to appear, and they made the tactical decision that he would go into the grand jury to discuss the searches that his team undertook at the other Trump properties.
