(7,423 posts)I try to egg their cars, and they try to drive past me without getting egged. We all enjoyed it (well, I'm pretty sure we all did). It was game off for a while due to inflation.

These are most likely chicken factory eggs - being feed GMO cheap grains and living in hell.

(23,319 posts)Same here in the winter when they stop laying or slow down I have to shop very carefully for eggs that are certified humanely raised. Chickens raised in factories have a miserable existence.

(348 posts)Eggs are still expensive here. Before this mess, they were $3-4 a dozen and like $5 for 18. Today a dozen is $7-8 and 18 are $10 or so. But, this is Hawaii as I said where diesel is still over $6 a gallon

and while they were more than I spend at home in MT, it wasnt crazy over the top. And, you can buy good bourbon at the grocery store!

Prices have stayed reasonable here in NM.
