It's a race to the bottom between these clowns. Which of the two do you think is worse?

(17,027 posts)His vendetta against Disney is beyond absurd. I think he decided to go after the biggest fish in Florida and bring them to their knees. After that, no one would oppose him. He significantly overestimated his ability to do that and underestimated them. Why does this sound so familiar? On yeah, Putin and Ukraine. May they both get what they so richly deserve.

(23,995 posts)1. There is no bottom.
2. There's always someone worse.
That said I agree with others in the thread who called the race a tie so far. Abbott seems to get more mileage from neglect while Desantis relies more on latent malice. Both adequately represent the blight that has befallen our country.

(10,499 posts)He settled for the accident that left him crippled, but he supported tort reform that would put a cap well below his settlement for those injured after him. He will do or say anything to keep and abuse his power. This applies to Desantis as well but I live in Texas so there is my vote.
If Texas ever returns to Democratic rule after decades of Republican rule be ready for the unearthing of a whole lot of graft and corruption over that time!

If Abbott and DeSantis fell into a lake and were drowning and you could only save one, what would you do?

(65,187 posts)I would pick one and the other does something even lower. DeSantis has national aspirations so he is more dangerous there.
