Killing the defenseless is an act of cowardice.

I can't get over how these gunners are preparing for apocalyptic warfare, and what we see instead, is men who are armed to the teeth targeting women and children in schools, malls and churches. This is f**king crazy.

Where is the outrage on the Republican side? Are they counting the brown and black colored cadavers on the ground before passing judgment?

That's how the Right sees it, that all of these senseless killings are the prive of freedom. They equate guns with freedom and there's no way to move them from that idea.

Rather than trying to explain the carnage with "mental health" issues (well, duh), I would think that the armed he-men of the NRA and would-be Rambos would want to distance themselves as far as possible from these cowardly murderers, not try to excuse their gun-fueled behavior with "well, they're crazy. We need better (?what? I'm not sure I understand what it is they want to keep guns out of the hands of crazies. They're certainly not interested in paying for mental health clinics or--heaven forfend--better screening before a person can buy a gun).

But that's the Republican brand, isn't it, picking on weaker populations. Cruelty, thy name is (pick your favorite Republican).

12. By extension, if they're crazy, why do you sell them guns and practice on the gun range?

Oh, because background checks are not allowed. Right. Well, can you isolate them by the threats of harm to other people? Oh, they can't because they all talk in the same way.

We need to demand better assurances, because they're no help.

to scuttle the efforts. Look the other way. Set up loopholes in the law. Remanufacture gun design enhancements to evade controls.
