...they don't waste their valuable thoughts and prayers on how to stop gun violence. They don't WANT to stop gun violence. They love that shit, so the thoughts and prayers are solely for the victims. I don't recall any Republicans giving thoughts and prayers on how to end gun violence.

I don't see much evidence for it.

"Thoughts and prayers" was never anything more than a cynical, worthless bromide on their part. They have no real intention or plan to stop mass shootings but still have to pretend they care, so all they have are shallow slogans and ludicrous rationalizations.

17. OH, they definitely know better than this.

It's just that the deaths are a feature, not a flaw. They want lower and middle class people to be killed and live in fear and buy more guns so NRA and gun makers get richer and pay them more. They then run on police are the answer, which again is to put more armaments on the street and use them to suppress us. They also can't tell the truth about this and the thoughts and prayers are their thin coverings for the delight in death to non-rich people.
