Dem Senators like Mark Warner and Jack Reed have given speeches on the need for reform but apparently have higher priority things to work on.
DISA clearance training has been updated in recent years to teach people that having brown skin or speaking another language will never be as suspicious as a white guy posting classified documents on public social media or blabbing to his buddies. They hammer us with lots of mandatory annual and semi-annual trainings with exams so Jack Teixeira types can't claim he didn't know any better.
