(43,430 posts)First they lobby the judges. Then they sell off the access to insiders. The little guy never stands a chance at state contracts. It's who you know, not what you know. Changing something illegal into legal creates opportunity. But it works the other way too. Illegal is good business for legal and judicial professions. It's all about money. Privatization. Opportunity.
