Litigation in the Fight for Abortion Access, a Leadership Briefing sponsored by Planned Parenthood
Despite the stacking of federal courts with anti-abortion judges by previous presidential administrations, the judiciary continues to play a significant role in the fight for reproductive freedom. While our opposition has eliminated our federally protected right to abortion care, we have seized this moment to fight back through strategic litigation in state courts. Lawsuits brought by PPFA, Planned Parenthood affiliates, and fellow reproductive rights organizations have been pivotal in changing states abortion access landscape, helping more patients access the care they need.
We invite you to join Planned Parenthood leaders for a briefing to share some of the ongoing cases in both state and federal courts that are reshaping the fight for reproductive freedom.
