Which of the four legal cases involving DjT would most likely result in his being incarcerated?
Which of them would most likely result in his inability to run for office?

I think they have to be Jan 6 insurrection crimes or perhaps the government docs/espionage type count too. Related to old laws keeping Confederacy traitors out of US Federal office.
Otherwise he meets the requirements (over 35 age, born in US). Nothing prevents him from running. And possibly even being in jail might not disallow him from serving (unless convicted of traitorous crimes, perhaps).
Though it would be awkward.
1) Even if he is in jail, he can run.
2) Even if we get all of the indictments from those 4 cases today, it will be months, if not over a year, for a trial to start. It will be well into 2024 and he will get an excuse to delay the trial to not interfere with him running for office. There is zero chance he get incarcerated before 2024 election. If you wanted the trial to finish before 2024, the indictments needed to happen like in 2021.
