I think I just recognized the latest example of how insanely partisan Republican judges have become.

That ridiculous judge in Texas who wants to ban mifepristone and is pretending that there was something wrong with the approval process 23 years ago? His ruling should have been out by now.

I think he is holding it back so that it doesn't come out until after the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling on Tuesday. He knows that the American people will hate this and be appalled. He doesn't want the ruling to be in the minds of Wisconsin voters when they vote--that way they are more likely to elect a judge who shares his unpopular belief system.

That is where we are at right now in this country. Judges are issuing insane rulings, that make no sense, and timing their release in accordance with upcoming elections, including ones being held for the judiciary.

Maybe I am wrong, and the ruling comes out on Monday. But this is what my gut is telling me.

Wouldn’t put anything past these creeps. I think this guy has something up his sleeve besides his arm.

Then the legislators need to pass a law to stop this judge-shopping crap.

You set firm rules about standing. Namely that the people filing have to live in the district or own a business there.

That way, some random wanker from Waxahachie can't go to court in Amarillo about an abortion drug. He'd have to file in whatever court oversees Waxahachie. A map tells me that means whatever federale court serves Dallas, where this nonsense is less likely to be tolerated.

That would end this nonsense in a hurry.

The courts are a mess. The GOP judges are totally indifferent to the rule of law. They just use their power to get what they want.

like minded judges.. I believe it helped with the abortion issue so their ideas would win.
Biden is seeding the courts with democratic judges... Can't remember where I read it..
We will see how this plays out..
