12. I think you're probably right about the pronouns.

It sounds like he was trying to transition and his parents were throwing up roadblocks right and left, including refusing to use the masculine name he had chosen (Aiden, iirc).

I feel like continuing to use female pronouns and the name Audrey would be counter to his wishes, and seeing what I believe to be his dead name in all the news stories makes me cringe.

Many RW outlets refuse to report the names or manifestos of such shooters because they think it gives them notoriety (which the shooter wants and which might fuel future events).

On its face, this seamed reasonable to me… but many on the right are hypocritically calling for the release of this one. Likely assuming that it will be fuel for their attacks.

I say don’t let them have it.
