How do Republicans even reproduce?

I'm serious. Their understanding of biology and female anatomy is even less than their knowledge of pregnancy.

Clearly it would be horrible for a trans or gay child to be born into a Republican family. Also horrible for a girl.

How do they ever manage to produce children who survive to adulthood?
