The court house is already experiencing bomb threats due to the civil case and this potential case

When Trump is brought in, I would deny bail under any circumstances.
I would insist on muzzling him like they muzzled Roger Stone.
I would order that he be incarcerated at the court house until the case was over.
That way, his supporters would know, if they blow up the court house, they blow up Trump.
That would help keep the court house safe until the case was done.
And it would curtail Trump dragging it out.
