Pray tell, a Governor of one of these United States, can take it upon him/herself to ban a medication in their state? Especially using the premise of "protecting" their citizens?
It should be relatively easy for anyone to explain why this action was not taken on Oxycodone and OxyContin.
I anxiously wait for explanation and responses.

(4,563 posts)These people are too ignorant to understand what they are doing. They should leave medical decisions to medical doctors. That is what I do, because I know I am not as knowledgeable or as trained or as experienced as a medical doctor.

I see it as a violation of the Federal Commerce Clause.
