9. I'm frustrated too. They could cover the trial by merely showing a few clips and have a segment

on it. It does not need to be played all day--that's what CourtTV or those other quasi-legal shows are for.

But what really gets me is that this guy's act is likely going to bamboozle at least one juror and that is all it takes. And the prosecutor is boring them to death, seemingly unwilling or unable to focus on the big points.
That might be wrong but that is my very brief impression...
