Court ruling on guns

So the Appellate court ruled we can’t have domestic violence red flag laws because domestic violence wasn’t against the law back in the 1700’s. Well then semi automatic weapons should be easily outlawed because they didn’t exist back then either. The pretzel logic of the right wing at its finest.

So why didn't they impose that aspect of the 2nd Amendment today? What's good for the goose...
