Statewide, there are 205,672 provisional votes yet to be counted and 119,535 outstanding absentees, ballots that were mailed to voters who requested them but that had not been returned as of Election Day, according to Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted. Provided that the absentees were postmarked by Nov. 5 and arrive at county boards of elections by Nov. 16, they will be included in the official count.
