donnie's refusal to turn them over even after he was informed they were classified and not his property is extremely problematic for him, legally. he basically said, "yes, i have them; yes, i know they are classified and not my property; yes, i'm keeping them anyway."

that goes a long way towards establishing donnie's criminal knowledge and intent.

they had nothing like that with hillary and have nothing like that with biden.


but that won't stop republicans and the media from covering this like they did hillary's emails, and i'm gonna bet this will lead to the first of several idiotic impeachment charades.

The illustration above shows 105 docs or folders. Testimony has asserted that the National Archives say there are more documents un-accounted for. Michael Cohen has said he doubts that Mar-A-Lago was the only Trump site where you could find documents which Trump took, and that Trump was likely stashing materials of all kinds throughout his term. He suggested that anywhere the Trump children lived could house documents put there by Donald, along with anywhere Trump traveled to in his vast empire of resorts and hotels.

We also do not know how many Donald flushed, or burned, or gave away.

The public assessments of the content of the documents thus far "returned" by Trump's people has not discussed in detail the specific subjects or topics contained in them.

12. This is more of a political story than criminal

Pretty clear that this was a situation where Biden or his staff acted carelessly and nothing more. Should’ve it happened? Obviously not, but the cries of hypocrisy and investigations from McCarthy and House Republicans ring more of political posturing than anything. This feels like something that Trump will try and use to his advantage again. The “wo is me look at the witch hunt” arguments will begin again if and when nothing comes of this. Might even work on some of those people on the fence about Trump.
