I think she will. Shes lost every other path to the governors mansion - the election, the court cases and so on and so forth - so the odds of her showing up with some Oath Keepers demanding to be sworn in is somewhat high.

She just doesn't have a large enough fanbase and Arizona's govt will be pretty prepared and on alert.
Look for some kind of deceptive, right wing social media counter-programming stunt instead involving chest-thumping and lots of whining.
