these really matter here in CA. Prop 30 undid the horrible rule tax hikes needed 2/3 vote. Prop 32 would have made union political spending almost impossible. Kochs dropped another 11 million for prop 32 in last 10 days and still lost.

Additionally, Sen Davis is one of the most intelligent, affable, and pragmatic of the TX political establishment.
