ND Senate race called for Heidi Heitkamp (D), then retracted on MSNBC.com

5. we might get both the remaining races -- Tester has a decent lead in Montana and Hawaii has been

polling well. Heitkamp's race in North Dakota was very, very close. Congrats to her and to North Dakota's democrats for putting her over the top!

11. The MSNBC web site had "projected winner", but no longer.

But I just did a refresh and it's no longer there. It does show more votes for her than before with the same number of precincts reporting. Kinda strange.
