1. It may not have been on MSNBC. Most cable systems have inventory to run ads on the various cable channels. They usually just sell chunks of many channels and it is random where the ads fall.

2. If MSNBC ran it that wouldn't be a surprise either. It is ad revenue. Who watches MSNBC that doesn't know Fox News exists? Would be pissing away Murdoch's money. LOL.
