The MAGA are only one symptom of a much larger threat and if anything they represent a genuine extension of it. They believe in a very disturbing and bizarre version of American history which has been fed them by the same folks who glorified the gulf wars and all they brought with them. The MAGA was engineered by the same vile Christian Nationalists who perpetrated the Tea Party, Endless War, and the Contract on America.
