This list contains names of people who intimately understand the issues surrounding Executive Privilege, who retain appropriate security clearances, and who have no connection to either side in this case:

Barack Obama
George Bush Jr.
Dick Cheney
Elizabeth Cheney (I believe she is on the house intel committee and has the clearance)

I'm sure there are plenty more.

There is a federal judge out of DC named Judge Bates. If appointed special master, he would be master bates.
