Hillary received three (3) emails out of 70,000 that had partial markings indicating some of the material is confidential ( (C) - CUI, Confidential Unclassified Material). She didn't send any, she only received fragments in 3 emails.

CUI is the lowest level of classification in the govt. It means it is sensitive but wouldn't harm the US if it got out. Things like personal information or someones schedule.

Some of the info in her emails was LATER classified at secret or above, but wasn't classified when she received it. If she was never notified there was a spill recovery underway, she would never know the material was later classified. It is not common to notify individuals of a spill recovery. Usually that is limited to cleared admins only.

TFG on the other hand, had hundreds of docs from confidential up to and incling SCI (or other higher classification ratings that weren't disclosed.

Nobody was at risk with the info in hillary's emails. Ever.

People, likely some americans, died from the info leaks associated with tfg

Now, how is that even close to the same?
