Think about what giving a former potus EP powers would do.....

It would essentially give the fpotus powers over the state for the rest of their lives. It would be a permanent, irrevocable power.

That is SO against what our founders intended, it is not even funny. The constitution is clear a potus has powers that end when they leave office.

This is extra-constitutional. It is nuts.

But, here we are.

Just a thunk.

The initial review would be a 3 person court, randomly assigned.

Hopefully a lot of theose R's are pre-tfg and are appalled by what is happening to the courts.

But, we won't know for quite a while.....

I hate to say it, but that doesn’t bode well. We’ll have to hope they follow the law, and not their political preferences. Judge Cannon didn’t.

It could extend to the estates of former presidents too. Imagine what George Washington could do from beyond the grave.
