WHEN not if it is appealed to the 11th circuit and WHEN not if they do not overrule it or maybe they dont even appeal it, between this traitor judge and the SM, can documents that were taken by the FBI showing trump as a traitor or just the act that he took them, can all that be wiped away like it never happened?
Since this type of thing NEVER happens except for trump, how long does this go on?
Is it true the judge doesn't even have jurisdiction?

(42,911 posts)That's why the hearing could be and was held in the West Palm courthouse In addition, each judge, no matter which division they are directly assigned to, is paired with a magistrate judge from each of the other divisions. Cannon is one of eight district court judges, from several different divisions, paired with Reinhart, who is specifically assigned to the West Palm Beach division.

(6,424 posts)No off the hook card for this TURD, I only think he is OUT because he is still creating more evidence, against himself and all the sycophants+, and why fuck with that until bulk arrest time?
Avoid debbie downer crap!

(157 posts)Seemingly the absolute worst case would be creating an agonizingly slow review track culminating in elevation to the Supreme Court who strikes down the Presidential Records Act thus exonerating Trump as long as he hasn't sold/traded or given away sensitive data.

(1,794 posts)the details I am not smart enough to figure out.
It would seem to me that there should be an arbitration process to review any declarations a SM would make.
That's what common sense would tell me, but I have no idea what the law says.

(1,794 posts)a lawyer, but I can see a host of things going "wrong" because of this development.
Firstly, the FBI needs to be 100% certain and without doubt that everything they confiscated falls under the guidelines of the warrant.
This can leave open the possibility of the SM determining that certain items cannot be considered, revealed or disclosed for any reason. This outcome will absolutely cast doubt on the integrity of it all because a lot of the documents and evidence could be deemed unrelated and we'll NEVER know what it was. "Leaking" any such information would be a serious crime as well.
In addition, the FBI and DOJ must turn it all over, every single page and every single item. If they try to hold on to anything, that is a serious problem that will explode in our faces and corrupt the entire process. They are going to have to assume that Trump knows every single document that they confiscated, and turn them over to the SM for review.
In other words, we aren't going to find out about any of Trumps dirty secrets if they aren't directly related to the criminal investigation as specifically covered in the warrant. He could have has a pound of crack cocaine and a machine gun with a defaced serial number in his safe, but if it wasn't listed on the warrant, it get's thrown in the garbage and forgotten about forever.
There are a million ways this can go south now.
